1. Overview
These Creator & Payout Rules explain how publishing, paid stories, seller earnings, and cryptocurrency withdrawals work on sexstory.xxx. They are part of the Terms of Service and apply to every user who publishes a story, sells a story, uses creator tools, or requests a payout.
sexstory.xxx is an adult-only fictional story platform. You may use creator and payout features only if you are at least 18 years old, legally allowed to access adult content where you live, and able to comply with these rules.

2. Creator accounts and author profiles
The site creates a visitor profile connected to your browser session. Your profile includes a generated pseudonym and password. You are responsible for saving your login details and keeping access to your profile secure.
When you publish under your pseudonym, your author page may show your pseudonym, author bio, public stories, public audio stories, paid stories, top stories, follower count, author notes, and social links you add in Account. When you publish as Anonymous, the public author display is hidden, but the site may still keep internal records connecting the story to your profile for account, moderation, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
Author profile information, social links, author bios, story titles, descriptions, tags, author notes, and share-card materials must be accurate enough not to mislead users and must not violate these rules or any third-party rights.
3. Publishing rules
You may publish text stories, audio stories, and, where available, book requests. Text stories require a title, short description, full story text, and any selected tags. Audio stories require a title, short description, audio upload, and any selected tags. Supported audio upload formats include MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV, OGG, WEBM, and AAC, subject to the upload size limit shown on the publish page.
If you request to publish as a book, the book request is not public immediately. Book requests require a cover image and may be reviewed by admin before appearing on the website. Supported cover image formats include JPG, PNG, and WEBP, subject to the cover size limit shown on the publish page.
You may not publish, sell, upload, request, promote, or share content involving minors in sexual situations, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual activity, trafficking, real-world abuse, threats, harassment, private personal information, copyright infringement, illegal material, malware, scams, spam, or any content prohibited by the Terms.
All sexual story content must involve fictional adults or otherwise lawful adult-created content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and uploaded content before publishing, selling, or sharing it.
4. Paid stories
You may choose to sell a story while publishing it, or, where the site provides the control, convert one of your existing public stories into a paid story. Paid-story prices must be whole coin amounts. The current system accepts paid-story prices from 1 coin up to 100,000 coins.
Readers must spend coins to unlock a paid story unless they are the creator of that story or have already purchased it. When a reader buys a paid story, the site deducts the story price from the buyer's coin balance, records the purchase, credits eligible seller earnings, and saves the story to the buyer's saved list.
Paid-story access depends on the story and account records remaining available. sexstory.xxx may remove, restrict, or disable paid stories for moderation, legal, security, fraud-prevention, technical, or policy reasons.
5. Seller earnings and platform commission
Seller earnings are credited only when a paid story is connected to an eligible creator profile. If a story has no linked seller profile, seller earnings may not be credited.
The current platform commission is 10% of the paid-story price. The remaining 90% is credited to the seller's earned coin balance. For example, if a paid story sells for 100 coins, the current split is 90 earned coins for the seller and 10 coins kept as platform commission.
Commission is calculated when the purchase happens. Commission rates, payout rules, supported payout currencies, minimum withdrawal amounts, and coin-to-USD conversion values may change for future transactions.
Earned coins are separate from bought coins. Bought coins can be used for site features such as story creation, paid-story purchases, and story promotion, but bought coins are not withdrawable. Only eligible earned coins from paid-story sales may be submitted for withdrawal.
The author dashboard, purchase counts, views, likes, saves, conversion rates, tag performance, top-story rankings, and earnings summaries are informational. They may be delayed, estimated, corrected, reset, or unavailable, and they do not guarantee income, ranking, traffic, purchases, or payout eligibility.
6. Story promotion and creator sharing
Creators may use available tools to promote public stories, including Top placement, author pages, story links, and creator share cards. Top placement uses the normal coin balance and does not create seller earnings.
Creator share tools may generate promotional cards, captions, or links in your browser. You are responsible for where you post them, what claims you make, and compliance with the terms and content rules of any third-party platform where you share them.
You may not use creator tools to mislead users, impersonate others, claim guaranteed earnings, advertise unlawful content, or promote content that violates these rules.
7. Withdrawal eligibility
You may request a cryptocurrency payout only from your earned coin balance. The current minimum withdrawal is 1,700 earned coins. The current conversion value is $0.03 USD per earned coin. The payout amount is calculated in USD and rounded down to cents before being sent to the payout provider.
To request a withdrawal, you must have enough earned coins, add an email address to your Account page, choose a supported payout currency, provide a valid wallet address, and provide any required memo or extra ID.
The currently supported payout currencies shown by the site are USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, USDC, BTC, ETH, and TRX. Supported currencies may change based on provider availability, operational requirements, or compliance needs.
8. Withdrawal processing
When you submit a withdrawal request, the site validates the request, validates the payout address through the configured crypto payment provider where available, deducts the requested earned coins from your earned coin balance, creates a withdrawal record, and sends the payout request to the provider.
A withdrawal may show statuses such as Processing, Waiting Verification, Finished, Failed, or Rejected. Provider verification may be required before a payout is approved or completed. If the provider rejects, fails, or expires a payout, or if a payout request cannot be processed, sexstory.xxx may return the deducted earned coins to your earned coin balance.
Email notifications may be sent when a withdrawal is approved or completed, but email delivery is not guaranteed. The withdrawal history on your Account withdrawal page is the primary place to review submitted payout requests.
9. Wallet accuracy, provider limits, and blockchain risk
Cryptocurrency payouts may be irreversible. You are solely responsible for choosing the correct payout currency, wallet network, wallet address, and memo or extra ID. A wrong address, wrong network, missing memo, unsupported wallet, provider outage, blockchain delay, network fee, exchange-rate movement, compliance hold, or third-party service issue may delay or prevent payout completion.
Third-party payment and payout providers, including NOWPayments where configured, may apply their own terms, fees, limits, verification steps, availability rules, sanctions screening, risk controls, processing times, and privacy practices. sexstory.xxx is not responsible for provider outages, blockchain conditions, or wallet mistakes outside our control.
10. Reviews, reversals, and enforcement
sexstory.xxx may review stories, author profiles, paid-story activity, purchases, withdrawals, reports, payment records, and payout records. We may remove content, disable paid access, reject book requests, reverse improper credits, refund failed withdrawals to earned coin balance, withhold payouts, suspend withdrawals, restrict accounts, or preserve records when needed for security, fraud prevention, provider requirements, legal compliance, moderation, rights enforcement, technical correction, or policy enforcement.
Examples of activity that may lead to enforcement include unlawful content, underage or non-consensual content, copyright infringement, copied or stolen stories, payment manipulation, self-dealing, fake purchases, abuse of reports or ratings, misleading creator promotion, evasion of restrictions, wallet fraud, sanctions risk, or other behavior that harms the service or users.
11. Taxes and independent responsibility
Creators are independent users of the service. Publishing or earning through sexstory.xxx does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or guaranteed payment relationship.
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, accounting, wallet management, and legal obligations connected to your stories, earnings, withdrawals, and cryptocurrency transactions.
12. Changes to these rules
We may update these Creator & Payout Rules as the site, payment providers, legal requirements, or creator tools change. The Last updated date shown on the page reflects the latest admin update. Continued use of creator, paid-story, or payout features after changes means you accept the updated rules.
